VI 1- Methodology
Data corresponding to the floating debt are obtained from the budget execution statements. The floating debt of the Central Administration comprises outstanding orders of payment and orders of payment which had accrued but were not yet callable (since the data entry date was prior to the due date of the debt) for current and capital expenditure, and financial allocation.
Balances at 30 June 2001 show the floating debt and the solvent debt, which was added in June 2000.
