Variations in occupation for the period April 2000/ April 2001 were noticed mainly in personnel under agreement by application of Act Nº14.250 (Work Contracts) (AFIP and ANSeS), in the National System of the Administrative Profession (SINAPA) and in the Civilian Personnel of the Armed Forces (PECIFA) by application of the Voluntary Retirement Program (Sect.15, Act 25.237 of the Budget 2000). Conversely, within the reference period, an increase of 0,5% was recorded in military and security personnel, particularly in the lower ranks: agents in security personnel and cadets, trainees and voluntary military service in military personnel, due to the seasonal nature of recruiting in the Armed Forces.
