VI - EVOLUTION OF THE SOLVENT DEBT OF THE TREASURY
VI.1 – Methodology
The data corresponding to the solvent debt arises from the budget execution statements of the Treasury, which consist of orders of payment past due and accrued orders of payment still outstanding (because the due date is post data entry) of the Central Administration for current, capital and financial allocation expenditure.
Balances at 31 March 2001 show the orders of payment due and past due, and also include the solvent debt at first quarter 2000.
