Announcement by the Secretariat of Finance

The Secretariat of Finance invites information agents to draft a service proposal within the framework of the managements and actions necessary to recover and guarantee the sustainability of the Argentine public debt.

The service to be hired aims at identifying the holders of External Public Debt bonds of the Argentine Republic that the Secretariat of Finance whose names will send to the firms interested in formulating the offers.

In their service proposal, the Agents concerned must include the estimated schedule, the dates on which the information is to be advanced and estimates regarding the accuracy of the verification. In evaluating the offers, the application of the regulations and jurisdiction of the Argentine Republic will be preferred. Service proposals can be sent until January 13, 2020.

The Secretariat of Finance confirms the intention of the Argentine Republic to align its activities with the objectives proposed by the Minister of Economy in order to recover sustainable economic growth and the repayment capacity of the Argentine Republic.
